Musicians should complete this form to sign up to play at GrayMist FiddleFest 2013. Preregistration includes a free admission ticket to FiddleFest which will be mailed to you before the event. Please remember to include your mailing address on the form so we can send you your ticket in advance.

Musicians are asked to play two or three tunes that are two to three minutes each in order to give all participants a chance to play.

PREREGISTRATION IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED!

You may register to perform the day of the FiddleFest, however, you will have to pay admission and there is no guarantee that you will have an opportunity to play onstage. NO PREREGISTRATION FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER JUNE 16th, 2013.
